After starting in Zabłocie in 2021, String Taste moved to a much bigger space in Kazimierz at the beginning of 2026. You walk past the coffee bar on the ground floor, up the stairs past an open kitchen where they bake fresh pastries, and the back opens into a room with large work tables, couches, a small stage, and a wall of electric guitars, all for sale.

Stephanie and Adrian own the place together. Their coffee is award-winning, with beans sourced from roasters like Morgon, DAK, and Ineffable. You can order an espresso-based drink or a pour-over through V60, Origami, and Chemex. They also serve matcha, chai, and an interesting combination of both. On weekends they bake Colombian guava cheese bread and pan de bono.

The guitars on the wall are real inventory, not just decoration, and sometimes they host mini concerts on the stage. A café that doubles as a guitar shop might sound like it shouldn't work, but it does.
