KAFFE BAGERI Stockholm

Podbrzezie 2, 31-054 Kraków, Poland

Highlights:

A Swedish-inspired café in Kazimierz that takes both halves of its name seriously. The coffee is specialty-grade and well-pulled. It's a proper café first, not just a bakery counter with an espresso machine bolted on.

That said, the kanelbullar are the reason most people walk in the first time. The cinnamon buns are made the traditional Swedish way, braided rather than rolled, and they're genuinely excellent. There are also cardamom buns and blueberry buns, with some vegan options depending on the day. The space is rustic and warm, with a small terrace that fills up fast in good weather. They've expanded to multiple locations across Kraków, Warsaw, and Wrocław, which usually means quality slips, but regulars say it hasn't here. If you want a proper fika alongside good coffee, this is the closest you'll get without flying to Stockholm.
