Las Cafe
Jana Jerzego Haffnera 42, 81-708 Sopot, Pologne
À découvrir :
On a quiet stretch of Haffnera street and away from the pier crowds. It was designed by artist Asia Zastróżna and is run by a dietitian, Ewelina Dobosz, which explains a lot about both how it looks and what's on the menu. The interior feels like an old apartment with good taste and big windows.
The coffee sourcing is top-shelf: they use Audun Arabica (from a world champion roaster) and beans from The Barn in Berlin. Multiple brewing methods are available, including espresso, chemex, drip, and aeropress. The baked goods are all sugar-free, gluten-free, and casein-free, which sounds restrictive until you try the vegan panna cotta or the snickers cake. This is a daytime place for people who care about what they put in their body. Worth the walk off the main streets.
